How do I book a session?
Booking a session with me is simple - Find the "Contact/Book" page at the bottom and fill out the form. You can also email me directly at kristinaturinaphotography@gmail.com
Do you instruct for posing? I'm kind of awkward/unphotogenic?
Oh yes! I have a set of poses that have proven to bring out your best attributes and show emotion that we intend to in your images. I believe in poses looking natural and not scripted. No worries, I will be there to guide you and make you comfortable through the process :)
When will we receive our images?
I ask for up to 2 weeks to deliver a full gallery. I am known for a quick turn around time, so I like to get your photos back to you ASAP. Need your photos done in a specific amount of time? I now offer "rush fees" so you can get your photos faster!

Do you have contracts?
I do have contracts. They are tailored to each of my clients needs and sent via email to sign. The signature is required to secure your date.
Booking fees/cancelations/rescheduling/tardiness
BOOKING FEES: 25% of your package price is required upfront to reserve your date. This is non-refundable. No exceptions. This fee covers initial communication, planning, location hunting, and block off a specific time frame for your session
CANCELATIONS: If you no call no show, you are forfeiting your booking fee and I will not schedule with you again. Please be mindful that when I block off a time spot for you, I am holding that spot for only you and not able to schedule someone else.
RESCHEDULING: I understand that life happens and thigs could go wrong. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please try to give me 48h notice and I will be happy to find a time that is better for you. If you happen to fall ill the day of the session please reschedule to make it save for everyone plus your photos will look better if you are feeling well rested and at your best!
TARDINESS: Please plan enough time to get to your session. If you are running late please call me. I respect every single client's time and put an incredible amount of effort into scheduling and planning a session, so please respect mine. If you have a 60 minute session scheduled and you are 20 minutes late, you will then have a 40 minute session. If you are more than 30 minutes late without calling, you will forfeit your booking fee and I will have the right to cancel the session. I of course understand unforeseen circumstances and will work with you to reschedule.
How long will you hold my date if deposit payment and signed contract are pending?
I give my clients 3-5 days to return both to secure the session. After the time frame has passed your date will become available to others and has the potential to be booked by someone else. I understand circumstances arise and I will always do my best to try to be accommodating.
What happens if I need to reschedule or canncel?
If you need to reschedule please contact me as you're aware of this and I will do my best for us to come up with a new agreed date and time. If you cancel the session the 50% deposit is not refundable
Do I have to order prints through you?

Do you travel to locations other than Colorado and Florida? What are your traveling fees?
Absolutely! My traveling fees vary, based on location, airfare, hotel etc. Typically they average around $250 in state and $500 out of state.
Do you deliver every image you shoot?
No, I do not. I eliminate duplicate images, test shots, shots with bad expressions and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery.
